1. Digital Product Nature

All items sold are non-physical digital downloads.
There is no shipping return requirement.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because digital products cannot be returned or “un-downloaded,” we do not offer refunds after a product has been delivered.

3. Download or Access Issues

If you are unable to access your purchase due to:
• Download link problems
• Technical errors
• Wrong email provided
• File corruption or delivery failure

Contact us and we will resend the download link or restore access at no cost.

4. Duplicate Orders

If a duplicate purchase is made by mistake (same item, same customer) and the product has not been downloaded more than once, you may request a review for a potential refund.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment was made without authorization, contact us immediately for investigation.
